Arbitration
Any disputes, controversies, or differences arising out of, or in connection with, the performance, interpretation, or implementation of these Terms and Conditions shall be finally settled by arbitration before a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Rules of the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA).
The arbitrator shall be a legally trained individual with recognized expertise in the field of information technology and shall remain independent of both parties.
The seat of arbitration shall be Cairo, Egypt, and the language of the arbitration proceedings shall be English.
The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding upon the parties and may be submitted to any court of competent jurisdiction for enforcement in accordance with Arbitration Law No. [00000].
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the website reserves the right to seek the protection of its intellectual property rights and confidential information through injunctive relief or any other equitable remedies before the competent courts.
